Kaye joined Battrick Clark over 20 years ago, having previously worked for several local firms before joining us.

Kaye supports the conveyancing team with her wealth of experience across all areas of residential property. Her expertise includes the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, right-to-buy purchases, auction properties, Help to Buy schemes, Lifetime ISAs, transfers of part, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build properties and lease extensions.

Outside of work, Kaye enjoys cooking a variety of dishes from around the world and is known for creating banquet-style meals on most evenings. She also enjoys classic cars and reading.
