We are proud to announce that we now offer free 30-minute family legal advice and support at our walk-in clinic at The Park Centre.
Family matters are stressful and it can be difficult to know where to start. We can provide you with some initial guidance and are ready to help with a range of matters, including domestic abuse and children’s law.
Some of the situations that we can help with are:
- Advice relating to domestic abuse such as injunctions
- Care proceedings and social services involvement
- Contact disputes
- Who the children live with (live with orders)
- Moving children to a different area
- Prohibited steps orders – to stop a parent from doing something without consent
- Parental responsibility
If you need further support after your meeting at the walk-in clinic, we are happy to continue assisting you. We accept legal aid and private rates, and will provide you with next steps to formally instruct us.
